John has years of experience in this area and works with many firm’s advising and assisting them on what partner compensation model is best for them whether it be an equal profit share, a traditional lock step, or one of the myriad of hybrid compensation models available. Because of his background John also chairs some firm’s remuneration committees as an independent and objective advisor
