John works with many clients assisting them firstly to agree on a realistic but inspiring vision and strategies to achieve that vision, secondly to properly communicate their strategies to key stakeholders and thirdly to effectively implement their agreed strategies.

  • John has worked with a large number legal and accounting firm’s partners to agree on a firmwide vision and strategic process to achieve the agreed vision.
  • He has facilitated and presented at Annual Partners Conference of a national law firm on vision setting and business development opportunities, and then worked with partners to ensure a cohesive environment and effective cross selling and business development strategies.
  • Assisting partnership of boutique specialist firm to develop its vision and corporate values; presenting at whole firm business planning retreat; assisting partners formulate and implement business development strategies.
