• Coaching partners to formulate personal and group business plans and to implement those plans in line with agreed firmwide strategies.
• Development of KPIs for partners and fee earners at a professional services firm; ongoing mentoring of selected partners; help formulating career paths and partnership development program.
• One on one coaching and mentoring of Managing Partners,CEO and General Managers of Firms.
